She earned her Masters degree in 2019 from Adelphi University, specializing as an Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.

• Natalie is dedicated to providing individualized care to women navigating perimenopause and menopause, equipping them with the knowledge and support needed to effectively manage the impactful symptoms associated with this phase of life.

• Natalie employs shared decision-making to collaboratively enhance her clients' overall well-being, with a dual focus on mental and physical health. Her specialized healthcare services are meticulously tailored to the specific needs of women in midlife, ensuring comprehensive and accessible care.

• Natalie is licensed to provide care in the following states: New York, Connecticut, and Florida. 
• Personalized Menopause Care: Consultations are tailored to support women navigating perimenopause and menopause, utilizing shared decision-making to create a personalized treatment plan for symptom management and overall well-being.
• Comprehensive Treatment Options: Natalie offers both FDA-approved hormone therapy and non-hormonal options, with adjustments made based on each individual's needs. 

•  Visit Structure: Initial consultations are 60 minutes; follow-up visits are 30 minutes. 
• This is a Cash-Based Practice, please note that we do not accept or bill insurance. *At this time, we are unable to accept Medicare or Medicaid patients.
